Tracy Scoggins is an American actress known for her roles in television and film, particularly in the science fiction and action genres. Born on November 13, 1953, in Dickinson, Texas, she began her career as a model before transitioning into acting. Scoggins is best known for her roles as: Cat Grant in the TV series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993–1997), where she played a gossip columnist with a sharp wit. Elizabeth Lochley in Babylon 5 and its spinoff Crusade, where she took over as the commander of the Babylon 5 station in the final season of the show. Monique Marquette in the soap opera Dynasty and its spin-off The Colbys in the 1980s. In addition to these roles, Scoggins has appeared in a wide range of television shows, movies, and direct-to-video films throughout her career. She is recognized for her strong screen presence, especially in roles that combine intelligence, beauty, and a sense of authority.
